2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. pared, chopped apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda, salt, and spices. Stir in apples, nuts, raisins, and chips. Combine sugar and butter. Beat until creamy. Add eggs and apple juice. Beat until blended. Gradually sift in flour mixture. Drop by tablespoons on well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Freezes well.
