1 small head cabbage
1 medium sweet onion
1/2 - 1 lb. Light Smoked Sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop cabbage and put into skillet to cook, using your favorite oil or butter. Add chopped onion and thinly diagonally sliced sausage. Let cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally to assist even heating. When cabbage has begun wilting down, season to taste with your choice of: cored and sliced cooking apple (Gala is good), celery seed, caraway seed, salt, pepper, and/or thyme.
