1 med. onion,chopped
3 T. butter
1/2 pd. ground beef
3/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 can tomato soup
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Add ground beef, salt,and pepper. Heat through but not brown. Spread in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Add 3 c.cabbage, cover with meat mixture and top with remaining cabbage . Pour soup over top and bake at 350º for 1 hr.
