1 yellow cake mix
1 can of crushed pineapple w/juice
1 can of cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 stick of butter
1 c. pecans or walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Pour cherry pie filling and cruched pineapple, including juice, into a 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Spread fruit so it evenly covers the bottom of the dish. Cover with dry yellow cake mix. Top with nuts. Cut butter (cold) into thin slices to cover dry cake mix thoroughly. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until light brown on top. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
