1 c white shoepeg corn 1 can french cut green beans 1/2 c celery (chopped) 1/2 c onion (chopped) 1 2 oz jar pimentoes (chopped) 1/2 c sour cream 3/4 c sharp cheddar cheese 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 t salt 1/2 t pepper
Mix all ingredients and top with cracker & butter topping. Bake 350º 45 minutes.
