1 lb hamburger
chili seasoning mix with 1/4 c water
15 oz can of tomato sauce.
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 boxes Martha White corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb hamburger; add chili seasoning mix with 1/4 c water and 15 oz can of tomato sauce. Spread in glass cake pan. Spread 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese on top. Mix two boxes of Martha White corn muffin mix according to box directions. Drop corn muffin mixture on top. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Our kids used to love this stuff. Our nephews were over one time. They are very picky eaters, and they wouldn't touch it until we told them it was Mexican Cake. They gobbled it up.
