Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 tube crackers, crushed
1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. shedded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook veggies till tender. Drain and spread in casserole dish. Mix Miracle Whip, onion, celery and cheese together. Spread over vegetables, covering top completely. pour crushed crackers over top, pour melted butter over top of crackers, make sure crackers are coated with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
