1 10oz. pkg. frozen spinach, drained and finely chopped
1 pkg. dry ranch mix
1 15oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. monterey jack cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in 2 qt. baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with pita wedges or tortilla chips.

It's also yummy to substitute half of the monterey jack cheese for sharp cheddar cheese.
