1 cup yogurt, plain or flavored
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and add anything else you want: grated orange or lemon rind with juice concentrate, fruit jams, or chocolate sauce swirled in, peanut butter, crushed berries, caramel sauce, cream cheese, etc. Spread into greased and floured pan. Bake about 30 min at 350º
