1 3/4 c self-rising Corn Meal
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 eggs
1 c onion (chopped)
3/4 c oil
1/2 c milk
1 t garlic salt
3 - 5 jalapeno peppers (chopped fine)

Directions:

Mix & bake 400 35-45 minutes.
