10 oz. fresh broccoli
1/2 can cream chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. grated carrots
1 T. onion
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli in pieces.
Steam. Mix with soup, sour cream, carrots and seasonings. Top with stuffing mix, mixed with butter and a little water.
Bake @ 325 for 20 minutes.
Can add grated cheese before stuffing, if desired.
