2 T. margarine
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped green peppers
1 lb. chunks fully cooked ham
8 large baking potatoes
3 1/2 c. water
3 c. frozen corn kernals
1 chicken boullion cube
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir onions, peppers and cook on medium high for 5 minutes until crisp and tender.
Cut ham in small chunks - need 3 cups.
Peel and dice potatoes.
Dissolve boullion cube with water, cook potatoes, ppers and onions until done. Reduce heat, add corn and ham. Bring to almost boil again. Cover and simmer 10 min. Add milk, stir and simmer 3-5 minutes longer.
