1 c. onion, finely diced
1 c. finely diced celery
2 c. finely diced potatoes
2 6 oz. cans minced clams and juice
1 qt. half and half
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
Pepper
2 T. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onions, celery, potatoes and clam juice together in a small pan with enough water to cover. Cook until vegetables are tender. Do not drain. While veggies are cooking, make white sauce in large pan. melt over butter, add flour and seasonings, then cream.
Stir constantly with wire whip until thickens. Add clams and veggies to cream sauce. Add red wine vinegar and stir well.
