2 c. cauliflower florets
2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. chopped green onion
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 T. mustard
2 T. lime juice
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables with onion and eggs.

DRESSING:
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and lime juice. Toss into vegetables. Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.
