1 broiler fryer (2 1/2 - 3 pounds)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 bottle (8 ounce size) Russian dressing
1/2 jar (10 ounce size) apricot preserves
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken. Put in shallow baking dish. Mix dressing, soup and preserves with a small amount of water. Pour over the chicken and bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve with rice and a green vegetable.
