2 C crunchy peanut butter
1 C butter
1 lb. powdered sugar (or more)
Dipping Chocolate

Directions:

Over low heat in a saucepan, melt peanut butter and butter. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Mix with hands until you can form it into 1 inch balls. Use more powdered sugar if needed. Form into 6 doz. balls. Chill several hrs. Melt chocolate in microwave until smooth. Dip balls halfway ONLY into melted chocolate and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Let chocolate set.
