1 - 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 C sifted powder sugar
2 C uncooked Quick rolled oats
1/2 C flaked coconut
1/2 C slivered blanched almonds, chopped
1 C flaked coconut toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with vanilla until creamy. Add powdered sugar gradually until blended. Stir in oats, 1/2 C coconut and almonds. Shape mixture into 2 inch logs (mixture will be sticky). Roll in toasted coconut to coat. To toast coconut, spread evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 5 - 10 min. stirring occasionally so it does not burn. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Store in refrigerator.
