1 lg. can white tuna in water
1 stalk celery, finely sliced
1-2 T. Helman's mayo
1 sm.can mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. to med. onion, finely diced
1 soup can of milk
1 lb. wide noodles
1 stick Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar
Crushed potato chips
8-9 slices Kraft American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, milk, cheese, mushrooms, celery, and onion in a sauce pan. Heat on low until cheese melts and mixture becomes creamy, stirring often.
Cook and drain noodles.
Put tuna in a 9"X11" buttered cassarole dish and mix with Helman's until consistancy of tuna salad. Add noodles, then pour on cheese mixture and mix well. Cover with crushed potato chip.
Bake 30-45 min. at 350º.
