* 3 to 4 cups flour
* 2 packs dry yeast
* 2 TBSP. sugar
* 2 heaping tsp. garlic salt
* 1 heaping tsp. Italian seasoning
* 1 cup milk
* 1 egg
* 2 TBSP. butter/melted
* 1 cup parmesan cheese/divided 3/4 cup & 1/4 cup
* 2 TBSP. butter/melted

*Warm the milk,water & butter 'til slightly hot to the touch.*Combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour,yeast,sugar,garlic salt,& seasoning in a large bowl.*Add the milk mixture,then the egg & mix well.*Add the 3/4 cup of the cheese & more flour to make the dough firm.*Knead for about 5 minutes,cover & let rise 1 hour.*Shape the dough into 2" diameter balls,dip in the 2nd 2 TBSP. of butter & into the 1/4 cup of cheese.*Let rise about 15 more minutes,then bake @375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
