* 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
* 4 TBSP. finely chopped onion
* 2 TBSP. canned diced green chilis/drained
* 1/4 cup of your favorite salsa
* 8 slices jalapeno jack cheese
{cut into 2x1" slices}
* 4 big burger buns

Directions:
*Fire up the grill.*In a large bowl,combine the beef,onion & chilis.*Shape into 8 thin patties.*Top each of 4 patties with 2 slices each of the cheese & then put the other 4 patties on top respectively.*Pinch the edges to seal tight.*Grill for 12 to 14 minutes per side carefully turning once.*Serve on the bun with some salsa.
