2 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cooked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
5 green onions, sliced
1 T. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. dry Italian dressing mix
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, quartered

Directions:

Make sure shrimp is peeled and deveined.
Whisk together mayonnaise and next 7 ingredients.
Stir in artichoke hearts and shrimp.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
