1 jar apricot jam (could also use raspberry jam)
1 block brie cheese
Phylo dough (or puff pastry)
Butter, melted
Slivered almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brush each layer of phylo dough with melted butter. Layer each. Put cheese in the center, cover with apricot jam. Bring dough to the top, around the cheese, pinch together to form a knot at the top. Bake until dough is golden brown.

Serve with crackers
