4 cups diced apples 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup oil or apple sauce 1 cup chopped nuts 2 eggs, well beaten 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix apples and sugar thoroughly. Add oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to apple mixture. Pour batter into a greased Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. When done, dust with powdered sugar while still hot.
