4 c. lg. elbow macaroni (8 oz.) 2 tsp. butter 1-1/4 cups (1/3 lb) cheddar or sharp cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 eggs beaten 3 c. milk
Cook macaroni and drain well, put dots of butter and cut up the cheese with salt and pepper. Combine and pour the above: 2 eggs beaten and 3 cups of milk. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in buttered 11 x 17 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until golden brown on top.
