1 package frozen hashbrowns (cube's work best)
2 eggs per person being served
Oil, salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Add oil (enough to cook hashbrowns) to frying pan at medium heat, brown potatoes on one side then turn and cook second side.
2) Eggs can be either scrambled or cracked on top of the hashbrowns.
3) Turn heat to Low and put a lid on continue to cook until egg whites are well done.
4) Add in Onion, peppers, ham cubes, or whatever else sounds good to taste.
