6 half chicken breast
salt, pepper, paprika
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (3oz) can sliced mushrooms
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 cup raw rice, cooked
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and debone chicken; cut meat into large pieces. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown almonds in margarine. Remove almonds and in same skillet saute onion and drained mushrooms. Add lemon juice, sherry and almonds, stirring well. Spoon mixture over chicken pieces.

Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Spoon over rice on serving platter and place chicken on top. Garnish with parsley.
