2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 cup oil
5 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter -- add eggs and oil and mix well. Sift in flour, salt, soda, baking powder -- Mix all together and add vanilla. Bake at 350 about 8-10 minutes.

Great for cut out cookies also -- should refrigerate at least a couple of hours for that -- I have to split up the dough into balls before refrigerating or big thing of dough is just too difficult to work with. -- If not used for cut outs put round ball on cookie sheet and smash down with bottom of sugared glass -
