Ingredients:  
1 cup bias sliced celery
1 cup julienne cut carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tsp margarine
13 and 1/4 oz pineapple tidbits
1 cup chicken broth
2 T cornstarch
2 T brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 T lemon juice
2 T soy sauce
2 cup cubed turkey
1/4 cup almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery, carrots, onions in margarine -- add pineapple and broth -- bring to boil -- In separate bowl, mix spices, add that and turkey and heat -- I serve over chow mien noodles or rice.
