Bowtie pasta
Cooked, frozen shrimp, at least a pound
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
broccoli or asparagus, parboiled
1 1/2 lbs mushrooms, sliced and sautéed in butter & garlic
1 pkg Knorr Alfredo sauce made per pkg directions
1/2 red pepper and onion

Cooked, frozen shrimp -- I use at least a pound -- cook bowtie pasta and toss with Parmesan and parboiled broccoli or asparagus -- then add mushrooms, sliced and sautéed in butter and garlic -- add red pepper and onion --- mix Knorr Alfredo sauce made per pkg directions -- Heat at 325º for 20 minutes.
