Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
flour
garlic butter
lemon juice
salt and pepper
wine
parsley
mushrooms

Directions:
Use skinless, boneless chicken breasts -- beat them down and sprinkle with flour -- cook in garlic butter 2-3 minutes - take out breasts and add to pan lemon juice, salt and pepper, wine and parsley -- put breasts back in pan and heat before serving.
After browning the breasts, removing from pan and adding the lemon juice, salt, pepper, wine and parsley, I will heat for quite awhile sometimes -- also, I do add water if there is not enough liquid -- --I like to add mushrooms to the garlic butter while I am browning.
