1/2 stick butter
1 lb. Louisiana crawfish tails
1 capful of liquid crab/crawfish boil
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of mushrooms and stems (drained)
1 bunch of green onions
1/2 package cooked fettuccini

Directions:
Directions:
Chop green onions and set aside. In a large skillet, saute crawfish in butter and crawfish boil until all liquid is gone. Add the cream cheese, soup and mushrooms and mix until the cream cheese is melted. Then fold in green onions. Serve over fettuccini or any pasta you prefer.
