1 lb. ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup milk 1/2 cup Bisquick 2 eggs
Heat oven to 400º. Grease or use non stick spray, a 9" pie plate. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over top. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
