1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of celery OR cream of mushroom soup
1 3oz pkg of cream cheese cut into cubes
3 or 4 cups of Frozen Potatoes O'Brien
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Grease 1 qt. casserole dish
In saucepan over medium heat cook cook onions until tender. Stir in soup and cream cheese cubes. Stir constantly until smooth.
In casserole dish layer frozen potatoes and hot sauce ending with a sauce layer.
Cover and bake 45 minutes...remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
