1/4 c. vinegar
1 T. lemon juice
2 med. cloves garlic
2 T. catsup
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:

Place in blender and process for 3 minutes.
Refrigerate

Serve over spinach leaves, chopped hard-boiled eggs, bacon bits and sunflower seeds.
