4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
2 T honey
2 T chopped fresh or 2 tsp dried basil

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn chicken, and cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in honey, vinegar, and basil; cook 1 minute.
