1 cube of butter
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Mix and Press into 9x13 glass pan
Bake @ 375-degrees for 15-20 minutes

While that is baking:
Cream together 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, fold in 1/2 of an 8oz container of cool whip.
Mix in 3 cups of milk, 2 small packs of instant vanilla pudding. Beat together.
Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Add remaining cool whip over the top
