8-10 med potatoes
1-8oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
garlic salt to taste
chives
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft, peel and mash
Beat cream cheese and sour cream with electric mixer until smooth and blended. Gradually add hot mashed potatoes, beating until light and fluffy. (If too stift, thin with milk). Season to taste with chives and garlic salt. Spoon into 2qt.casserole, dot with butter and paprika.

Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes
