2 Italian-style turkey sausages (casings removed)
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 28-oz. cans crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves, crumbled
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet and break it apart. With a slotted spoon, transfer to a slow cooker. In same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
Add to sausage and stir in tomatoes. Cover and cook on high until thickened (about two hours).
Stir in the basil and oregano and cook for about one hour longer.
