Ingredients:  
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 egg
Mix and add.
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
Add:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Fold in:
1 1/2 cups rhubarb
1/2 to 2/3 cup chopped walnuts


Directions:

Pour into two greased loaf pans. Mix butter and sugar and crumble over bread:
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
Bake in 325 F. oven for 50 minutes.
