1 and 1/2 lb ham
1 lb pork -- ground together
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs



Sauce:

1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham, pork, egg, milk and bread crumbs and form in balls -- bake at 350º for 1 1/2 - 2 hours -- during last 1/2 hour baste with sauce of brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard
