2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 1 cup whipping cream
Preheat oven to 425. Sift first 4 ingredients together into large bowl. Fold in whipping cream into flour mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 1 minute or until dough is smooth and no longer sticky. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness; cut with a 1 1/2 inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits 1 inch apart on a lightly greased large baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden.
