!/2 Cup olive oil (this can be omitted , I omit it!1/3 Cup orange juice
2 TBSP. Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup white wine vinegar
2 dashes of Tobasco
1/4 tsp. tyme
1/4 tas. coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together . Marinade Cornish Hens or Chicken for 4 to 5 hours. Put hens and marinade in zip lock bags in the refrigerator. Turning the bags everytime you open the refrigeraton! Best if cooked on the barbeque.
