4 TBSP. sugar
4 TBSP. vinegar
4 TBSP. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tap sliced garlic(remove when ready to serve)
Salad
Red leaf lettace, butter or spinach
sliced char-su, chicken or ham
slivered almonds-row or toasted
won ton chips or chinese noodles
sesame seeds

Directions:

Toss all ingredients except sesame seeds. Remove garlic slices from dressing. Cover salad lightly with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
