3 lb Pot Roast
1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup
1 Onion, sliced
4 or 5 medium potatoes, cubed
1 package of carrots, cleaned and peeled
1 can or bottle of Guiness Beer
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the Pot Roast well on both sides on high. After browning turn down the heat to medium and add the Lipton Onion Soup, Can of Chicken Boullion and the Guiness. Then turn the heat to low and let this simmer for 3 or 4 hours. One hour before serving add the potatoes and carrots.
