2 lbs. hashbrowns (Frozen)
2 c. Hellmans Mayo (Use only Hellmans)
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 lb. crumbled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese on stove, take off stove add mayo to cheese. Put hashbrowns into a casserole dish, pour cheese mixture over hashbrowns, stir well. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until chesse is bubbling.
