1/3 c dry yeast (2 oz)
4 c HOT water
3 lb 10 oz all purpose flour
2/3 c sugar
1 c dry milk
2 tbsp salt
6 oz. melted shortening (cooled)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, water last. Beat at least ten minutes or until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
Generously coat top of dough with cooking oil and cover with towel.
Let dough raise until dough doubles in size.
Punch down.
Pinch dough into rolls or loaves, kneading and beating well to escape air pockets.
Let raise again.
Bake at 350º for approximately 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with butter.
