Pea Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can peas
1 tomato
1/2 onion
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 to 2/3 c mayonnaise
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 lb sharp cheese

Directions:
Drain peas. Chop tomato, onion, and hard boiled eggs.
In a medium mixing bowl add peas, 3/4 lb sharp cheese, tomato, onion, eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into a small serving dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Serve.
Refrigerate remaining salad.
