Filling: 2/3 c sugar 3 tbsp corn starch (rounded) 1 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp salt 3 egg yolks 3 c milk 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla
Combine the first two ingredients, and put 2/3 in 2 baked pie shells. Mix sugar, Corn starch, flour, and salt. Add egg yolks, milk, butter, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thick. Pour over peanut butter mix.
