Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can of peas-drained (original recipe calls for the brand LeSeur Peas...which are just baby peas)
1 can of shoepeg corn--drained (can use any white corn)
1 can of French Cut green beans--drained
1 4 oz jar of pimentos
1 c chopped onions
1 c chopped green pepper
1 c chopped celery

DRESSING:
1/2 to 1 c sugar (I use 1/2 c sugar or splenda)
2/3 vinegar
3 tbsp. Oil
Scant Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and pour hot dressing over. Can and make ahead will keep well.

DRESSING:
Combine dressing ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over salad ingredients hot and mix well. Refrigerate until serving.
