2 tablespoons minced green onions 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup macadamia oil
In a small bowl, combine the scallions, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, pepper, and salt, and whisk to combine. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream, whisking. Adjust seasoning, to taste.
